Calgary Subdivision and Development Appeal Board
The Calgary Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (Board) hears appeals of decisions made by the City of Calgary’s Subdivision Authority and Development Authority.
Most of the Board’s hearings are virtual. They are conducted in the Dale Hodges Memorial Virtual Hearing Room.
The Board has adopted Procedural Guidelines to set out the process of appeals.
All participants should review these guidelines.
