To manage the growing number of appeals in 2025, the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) is updating its scheduling process. These changes aim to reduce delays in hearing and concluding appeals. The SDAB will continue to monitor the effectiveness of these scheduling changes and make further adjustments if needed.
Procedural and jurisdictional matters will now be scheduled for Tuesday mornings, with a maximum of five appeals per session.
